Hey everyone!! (not that alot of ppl come here anyway)
I'm still alive yah..
causes of lack of blogging -
1. nothing to blog abt
2. super busy during the days with classes
But anyway, hope that everyone back in M'sia is good. I still go onto thestar.com.my em... sometimes to check on the news ok.
Anyway, it's end of Week 3 in Le Cordon Bleu... So... time to update

yes, I know.
Thats like DAMN.A.LOT.OF.BREAD!
But thank goodness I've already given like more than half away. HAHA. I enjoy making bread despite the fact that I don't really fancy eating bread.

hereAnd I know, people have been asking me, How do I study in LCB.. I mean, what do I really do in LCB. So I'll explain what I do..
So, at 6am, I wake up, and get ready. I leave house at about 6.30 and walk under the super cold morning weather to catch a bus at about 6.40.. Then I reach school at about 7.15am. Then after that I change into the chef uniform with hats and scarf and shoes (oh btw, the shoes doesn't hurt anymore. My feet are probably acustomed to it.) Then about 7.45 I go to class with the rest of the people. My class has 14 students. 2 from India, 1 from Indonesia, 1 from Thailand, 1 from Taiwan, and one (which is me) from Malaysia, and the rest are koreans.
So, the chef (lecturer) prepares his / her stuffs. We have 3 chef lectureres that teaches us. 1 from Denmark (that looks like Mike from DH, only fatter and older), 1 from Switz and another from England. One chef comes in today, and another will come in tomorrow.
Ok, then class start.. We study in the kitchen btw. That looks like this

The tables that we work on are called benchtops. Then, the chef's bench is on the left, and the oven is on the right (which you can't see anyway)
Ok, so we measure our ingredients and all. Then the chef shows us a demo on how to make whatever that we're making. Then we do our stuffs. Then we'll have break (sometimes if we're not too busy). Then, we have kitchen ladies to wash the mixing bowls and all for us (obviously we have to clean our own utensils and benchtops lah) But, the kitchen ladies are doing a GRREEAAAT JOB for us... washing those bowls sucks... Anyway. then we finish baking and all.. the chef would explain some theoretical stuffs to us.. blablabla.. Then when our food's done , we pack them into containers or bags... Then we go back to the main building and change back to our attire, and then go back.
Ok, so basically thats' what I do... And once a week, we have theory modules to do for 2 hours, stuffs like hygiene, safety... blablabla... It's really tired sometimes like from 8-2.30, I stand in the kitchen, then at 3-5 I have a theory class.. It's quite .. er.... sleepy sometimes.. hahahah
And yeah, thats about it I guess... It's very different from studying in Uni obviously.. This is more hands on and practical.. Exams are ... well... I'll tell u another day.. This is too much of text. I'll probably bore u to death.
Wenya came down from Newcastle with her friends (well, actually stopped by from Bluemountains) And I gave her most of the breads anyway.. haha
Went for Korean food then hanged out at DArling Harbour..
And suddenly I like Korean Food.. Hahaha.. along with Thai food . tsk tsk tsk. I must ask my classmates to teach me how to cook

Mei Leng, Wen Ya and me having a good hair moment

Me not having such a good hair moment (after the wind and all). and this pic.. hahah trying to accomodate wenya's height, and she's trying to blend into mine.. haha No offence but it's really funny. she tip-toed and i bent the knees
That's sticky rice ice-cream by the way..

6 of us in a photo....
And what do i do on the days I don't have class ?? I sleep 10 - 12 hours.. HAHA serious shit..
And just stay at home.. because going out means spending money
But I'm shifting like maybe ... next week Yes. I've found a room and I'm so glad abt it.. like FINALLY!!! then after that i'll go look for a job to kill my time and earn some money.. everything in sydney is so exp!!! gilababi
ciao
